Hi, I'm Karyn King.

I'm a Realtor®, Director of Growth, proud mom of two teenage boys, wife, community builder, and someone who truly believes that relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Before real estate, I spent more than 22 years in Corporate HR, specializing in Talent Acquisition and helping people navigate some of the biggest decisions of their careers. Throughout my career, I learned that success isn't just about finding the right opportunity—it's about having the right support, guidance, and people in your corner. Those lessons have shaped the way I serve both my real estate clients and the agents I help mentor and recruit today.

In 2025, I took a leap of faith and transitioned into real estate. What started as a dream quickly became a passion. As a solo agent, I generated more than $1.25 million in sales volume within my first 10 months while building a business focused on education, relationships, and putting people before paychecks.

Today, I proudly serve clients throughout Northwest Houston while also helping attract, develop, and support agents as Director of Growth for The TK Group. Whether I'm helping a family buy or sell a home, assisting someone relocating to Texas, or guiding an agent toward building a thriving business, my goal is always the same: help people create a life they love.

I'm a Chicagoland transplant who has proudly called Cypress home for the past six years. Having relocated myself, I understand firsthand the excitement, challenges, and emotions that come with a major move, which is one reason I love helping relocation clients find their place in our community.

Life has also taught me the importance of perspective. After losing my first husband in 2021, I learned that time is precious and relationships matter. Today, I'm blessed to be remarried and surrounded by an incredible family. Those experiences have shaped who I am both personally and professionally and remind me daily why serving people well matters.

When I'm not helping clients or agents, you'll find me spending time with my husband and boys, supporting local schools and community events, connecting people, or relaxing poolside enjoying the Texas sunshine.
